From Single Sites to Scalable Systems

At Eljon Group, we see every solar project not as a standalone asset, but as part of a larger system.
To truly accelerate the energy transition, we’ve developed a series of structured investment platforms – each focused on a specific segment of the market, from operational parks and ready-to-build projects to rooftops and battery storage.

Each platform is designed for scale.
By grouping projects with similar characteristics – in terms of maturity, technology, geography, and business model – we streamline execution, align with the right capital, and enable long-term value creation.

This approach allows us to:

Accelerate deployment through repeatable models

Match each platform with a dedicated investor

Deliver better outcomes for asset owners, offtakers, and the energy system

From grid-connected utility-scale parks to behind-the-meter rooftops, we turn fragmented opportunities into scalable systems.

Valuechain

The unique strength of Eljon Group is its investment platform. By integrating the entire value chain – from project development, material procurement, installation, and operation to sales – we create a comprehensive solution where each step contributes to increased efficiency, lower costs, and reduced risks.

While other players maximize individual projects, we build synergies and economies of scale by optimizing the entire process. This results in a more robust and long-term business model, where investors benefit from the value at every stage of the chain.

What this mean in practice

Identification and Due Diligence (DD)

We start by identifying potential solar energy projects that align with our investment criteria. Once we find a promising project, we conduct a thorough Due Diligence process, assessing technical, financial, legal, and environmental aspects. This ensures that the project meets our standards and that any risks are well understood and managed.

Acquisition and Financing

After completing the DD process and confirming the project’s viability, we proceed with the acquisition. We develop a tailored financing structure, which may include both equity and external investment capital. At this stage, we also establish strategic partnerships to maximize the project’s potential

Project Development and Optimization

Once acquired, we enter the development and optimization phase. This involves project management, planning, and potential improvements to the technical and operational structure. Our focus is on ensuring cost efficiency, sustainability, and long-term productivity through innovation and economies of scale.

Operations and Asset Management

When the solar park is operational, our team takes over management. We are responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance optimization. Through continuous monitoring and analysis, we ensure that production remains at optimal levels while also tracking sustainability goals and financial returns.

Exit and Divestment

After a period of stable operation and achieving set targets, we evaluate an exit strategy. This may involve selling to a long-term owner, merging with other projects, or structured divestment to our investors. Our goal is to realize value for all stakeholders through a transparent and strategic process
